The wellness path has taken me all over the world and has been my calling since my earliest memories. I’ve always felt that I was a catalyst, and a healer. I take those who feel far from their path and help them align with it, and I help people heal by going inside themselves. Born and raised in Los Angeles, my calling has taken me all over the world. I’ve sat with Shamans, sages, monks, and made friends, mentors, and mentees of healers from all walks of life and on every path. In four years, I will have my. M.D. in neuroscience.

I have practiced several physical disciplines in my pursuit of a healthy body including yoga, dance, elite track & field, and natural body building. Physical fitness improves your mind, body and spirit while opening you up to more activities, and maintaining your health. There are many different body types and not every exercise is appropriate for every person.
Using ayurveda and Chinese herbology, we can discover together if your body needs light cardio and dance with small meals spread throughout the day, or a vegetable-based diet with active rest, such as long hikes or walks, or meals every 5-6 hours with activities such as tennis or swimming, or if you’re avatar is high-octane like mine, then you need a high-carb, lean and clean diet fueled by high intensity, low-impact exercise such as weight-lifting.
Let’s take a little joy-ride together and journey into discovering just what exercise is right for your unique personality, beliefs, mind-set, and body-type.

It’s no secret that most doctors agree that good health starts with the gut. I can teach you what your gut needs, specific to you, your age, your blood type, your current health and fitness level and even your mental outlook. When you learn how to empower yourself starting from the inside out, you will have no limits. It’s also no secret that the placebo effect is a scientifically proven “phenomenon” that confirms what the mind believes, it will achieve.
A healthy, balanced diet, down to the micronutrients, can change your life from physical health to mental well-being. Believe this, and it will become true for you.
Before I discovered that my body works perfectly and all it needs from me is the right environment, I went from being exhausted for years on the wrong diets, the keto diet (horrible for a high-octane brain, and high-fats raise my blood sugars as a Type I Diabetic since age 13!), raw foods (my low stomach-acid wants well-cooked proteins and veggies), with a hemoglobin A1C ranging from beyond what instruments can even measure (I wasted years of driving my body into cortisol by exercising for too long without giving my body the proper recovery and fuel it needs), to perfect blood sugars on a high-carb, low-low-fat, mid to high-protein diet supplemented by strength training.
Together we will discover exactly the nutrition and exercise your unique mind and body needs and then you can live like me. Gone are the days of weighing myself, counting calories, measuring foods on a scale. I now listen to my body, I give it breaks with fasting, I get eight hours of sleep, drink plenty of water, and with balanced nutrition by giving my body what’s right for its unique needs; I have more energy and vitality – with effortless implementation – than I ever imagined was possible.
