I’m a Health, Wellness, and Fitness Coach Who Has Been Through the Fire.
Since age 13, I have been on insulin therapy to treat Type 1 Diabetes. Always a super-athlete, working out, diet, and staying hydrated were the keys to my “success” with diabetes. However, in January 2021, the first E.R. doc to see me with COVID administered such a high dose of Dilaudid® pain killer that it instantly paralyzed my vagus nerve, giving me a new chronic health condition called gastroparesis.
It has now been two-and-a-half years of an acute and ongoing health crisis. And at the same time, it has expanded my understanding of health and wellness. Many doctors have told me I should have been dead, and that I am a walking miracle. My life has never been the same since. And with that, neither has my understanding of health. I am here to use my experience to help you on your health and wellness journey by going beyond fitness – health on a cellular level – by sharing the things with you that have literally saved my life. This experience has compelled me to view things through a different lens.
I’m sharing my story because I want to help others who are struggling with their health or who have hit a plateau on their fitness journey. We have many avenues we can explore together as a team to create the path that is right for you and your body, your mind, and your spirit. I am here to face difficulties head-on with you, no matter how challenging they may seem. And I want to offer you tools and resources that have helped me and that may help you as well, to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

The personal development path has been a passion of mine for twenty years. I’ve completed Tony Robbins The Ultimate Edge, have attended MITT (Master In Transformational Training), and have studied and attended dozens of seminars, workshops, courses and books in the field of personal development.
Fitness requires a strong internal structure of emotional intelligence, regulating the parasympathetic nervous system, knowing what to put in your body and when, and understanding that food is either medicine or poison, depending on what fuel you are using.
My own fitness program involves a strong spiritual practice and if you should need or want help developing one that is right for you, together we can come up with a customized plan to get you into a routine of self-care inside and out.
